    5. Trash targets are not allowed. No cans, appliances, or automobile parts.
    6. Targets must be mounted in such a manner to be free swinging to reduce energy of impacts or angled downward to direct all projectiles/spall towards the ground.

    8. No “movers” or “spinners” are allowed to reduce the chance of projectiles leaving the range
  3. Target Placement and Setup
    1. Directly in Front of Backstop: All steel targets MUST be placed directly in front of the designated earthen backstop.
    2. Angled/Downward Deflection: Targets must be hung or angled in a manner that directs bullet spall and fragments downwards into the ground, away from the firing line and adjacent lanes. Avoid setups that allow splatter to travel horizontally or upwards.
    3. Stable Setup: Targets must be securely mounted to prevent them from falling over or swinging unpredictably.
    4. No Obstruction: Targets must not obstruct the view or safe use of other lanes or range features.
    5. No Permanent Fixtures: Members are NOT permitted to permanently affix, weld, or otherwise modify range property to hang targets. Use portable, freestanding target stands.

      Pistols: 15 yards
      Rimfire: 50 yards
      Centerfire Rifle: 100 yards
